Placing an Order

When you place an order through JACKERO, you are providing the information required for us to process and prepare your purchase.

Please make sure that your name, contact information, shipping address, and other order details are accurate.

Order Confirmation

After receiving your order, JACKERO may contact you to confirm your order details and jacket size before production begins.

This confirmation is an important part of our order process because our jackets are prepared after the order is received.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the information provided during the order and size confirmation process.

Once the order and jacket size have been confirmed and production has started, changes to the order may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact JACKERO as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order details and size have been confirmed and jacket production has started.

Prepared After Ordering

JACKERO does not generally keep every jacket as ready-made inventory. After receiving an order, we first confirm the customer's order details and required jacket size.

Once the details have been confirmed, the order is moved forward for jacket preparation and production.

Size Confirmation

Before production begins, we confirm the jacket size with the customer. This allows us to prepare the jacket according to the size confirmed for that particular order.

Customers should carefully review the size information before confirming it with JACKERO.

Production Time

Jacket preparation generally takes approximately 1 business week after the order and size have been confirmed.

The production period is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on the product, order requirements, production volume, or other circumstances.

Custom Size Orders

Where a jacket is prepared according to measurements or a custom size confirmed specifically for the customer, the product is considered a custom-prepared order.

Payment

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by JACKERO during checkout.

An order may not proceed to production until the required payment has been successfully received or authorized.

Payment Information

Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies may also apply to payment processing.

Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the JACKERO website at the time of purchase. Prices may be changed from time to time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed, except where correction of an obvious pricing error is required.

Taxes & Import Charges

Depending on the destination, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Preparation & Delivery

After your order and jacket size have been confirmed, jacket preparation generally takes approximately 1 business week.

Estimated Timeline

International Shipping

JACKERO serves customers internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

JACKERO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Made-to-Order Returns

Because JACKERO jackets are prepared after an order is received and after the customer's size and order details have been confirmed, made-to-order and custom-size jackets are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

10-Year Leather Warranty

JACKERO provides a 10-year leather warranty for qualifying issues with the leather under normal use.

If the leather develops a qualifying issue such as peeling, deterioration, or separation originating from the leather itself during the warranty period, customers may contact JACKERO for review.

Warranty Exclusions

The leather warranty does not cover damage caused by nails, sharp objects, solid objects, accidents, cuts, scratches, misuse, improper care, alterations, or other external physical damage.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If damage is not covered by the warranty, JACKERO may be able to arrange a repair depending on the condition of the jacket.

Any applicable tailoring or repair charges will be assessed after the jacket is received and inspected. We will inform you of the estimated repair cost before proceeding.

Any applicable delivery or return shipping charges related to the repair will also be communicated separately.

Using Our Website

You agree to use the JACKERO website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
